today, i want to share some scriptures i have come across in my research which show the link between yahweh and the canaanite god el.
el and other variations such as elyon, el shaddai and elohim appear many times in the bible.
these are usually translated as god, most high, god almighty and so on.
my sister called me quite out of the blue last night.

for those that dont know my situation im separated from my wife.
For the girlfriend to be more important than the wife and giving the marriage a chance (even given what has lead up to that point) suggests this relationship is several months old and was initiated very early after the separation. Not cool in my book. Sounds like you just said "fuck it" and then went and followed thru with absolutely no intention of giving the marriage a chance to heal. But hey if you didnt love her anymore and wanted out given the opportunity just be honest about it.
